Certificates and Norms
We have certificates for all the components used at production, such as glues, dyes and others. We monitor the conformity of the materials with EN-71 safety standards. 4The silicone commonly used in the tires of our vehicles was replaced with much safer material, EPDM FDA (material which is approved to come into contact with food).
Quality Control
We supervise each step of production. We create projects, technical drawings, prototypes. We pack our products on our own and store them in our warehouse.
Solid BEECH Wood
We obtain the material from legal crops. We dry the wood in our own dryer, overlooking the entire process. Heat treating ensures the toy’s durability and elimination of any pests and fungi.
Natural Components
Natural wood and saliva-resistant lacquer combined with natural wood stain from plant’s juices and environment-friendly cardboard boxes fully guarantees that the product is safe and close to nature.
No Sharp Edges
We know how children will use our toys. They will often end up in their mouths and be used as a teether. The edges of the toy are machine rounded, dulled in a drum and then polished. All that just to make our wooden toys safe and pleasant to touch.
CE Certificate
Our toys comply with EN-71 safety norm, which is confirmed by a CE declaration of conformity issued for each toy.
